Last Saturday, 200 players set down their controllers and picked up a paintball marker to go head-to-head in the COD Black Ops ultimate multiplayer game.
The two teams of 100 got off the couch and played their favorite multiplayer missions in real life. With 165,000 rounds fired and countless grenades thrown, it was a fight unlike any I have ever seen on the paintball field. Red team commander Andrew Swedler courageously lead his team into the fight but was unable to secure the needed points to achieve the victory that the blue team lead by Chris Tilley seemed to keep just out of reach which allowed the blue team to take home the gold.
For the players that just couldn't get enough action, Gamestop had a booth with two big screen televisions that allowed players to compete while they weren't on the field.
Special thanks to all who attended and to Gamestop for the support and promotions.
