Underage Waiver Form
All players must be at least 10 years of age to play paintball. Any person under 18 MUST have a Liability Release Form filled out and signed by a parent or guardian at time of play. This form needs to be filled out for EACH Westworld location you attend. The form can be printed out ahead of time and brought to the field on game day. Forms are also available at each field if you wish to fill them out when you arrive.

Note: If you would like to print our registration forms and fax or mail them, please see below for field specific printable forms. The forms on the online pages are not made to print and will not have all of the information if you print them.

Online Group Rate Registration Form
Splatter Ranch and Xtreme Pursuit are available for Group Rates during open hours. (only 30 guns total per day per field are set aside for this special). Each group must have at least 6 players. This reservation is to join in with other players during walk on games. Please see the reservation page for details.

Online Birthday/Bachelor Party Registration Form
Splatter Ranch and Xtreme Pursuit are available for Birthday & Bachelor Parties during their open hours. (only 30 guns total per day per field are set aside for this special). Online Private Party Registration Form
Splatter Ranch is available for Private Parties during daylight hours only. Xtreme Pursuit is available for Private Parties outside of open game hours. Gift Card Order Form
Westworld Paintball offers a reloadable gift card for the convenience of our players. These cards can be used as gifts the paintball player on your list or they can be used to send your paintball player in to play or shop without having to worry about giving them cash.
