Payment in full must be made at the time of reservation.
Reservations can be made until all spots are taken or until the day before, whichever comes first.
Once a reservation is made it can only be increased, it cannot be decreased. We suggest you make reservations for only the players you are sure of and add to your reservation prior to game day if needed.
Players under this reservation rate will play with the general public.
All players for the day are grouped together and then divided into 2-4 teams.
We try to keep players together that want to play on the same team, but we cannot guarantee it since it could make the teams uneven in size and ability.
A Group Rate is encouraged for 6 or more players.
No discounts or promotions can be combined with already discounted group packages.
If a party does not show the day of the reservation, the payment will be forfeited and used to cover the loss of revenue of not being able to rent out the equipment to other guests.
