BEFORE YOU CAN PLAY

Prior to registration at Westworld Paintball Adventures, each player is required to fill out a waiver form, which is kept on file for the calendar year. You only have to fill it out once. To help speed up registration and get you playing right away, please complete the following form and present it at the park for registration. Thank you!

All paintball players must be at least 10 years of age to play paintball. Any person under 18 MUST have an Underage Player Waiver Form filled out and signed by a parent or legal guardian at time of play. This form needs to be filled out for EACH Westworld Paintball Adventures location you attend. The form can be printed out ahead of time and brought to the field on game day. Forms are also available at each paintball field if you wish to fill them out when you arrive.
